STANDARD TRANSFER

Our Standard Transfer is a private airport transfer from Gran Canaria Airport directly to Venus Star Resort.


The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign and will take you comfortably to the resort.


Vehicles used for the standard transfer are usually minivans, but sometimes it may also be a regular car, depending on availability.


This option is ideal for guests who want a simple, reliable and direct transfer to the resort.

  • How much does the standard transfer cost?

    The standard transfer costs 45 € per trip per couple.

  • How much does the VIP transfer cost?

    The VIP transfer costs 60 € per trip per couple.

  • If we are two couples (4 people), can we use the transfer?

    Yes, two couples (4 people) can use the transfer without any problem. In this case there is an extra charge of 10 € for the additional couple, so the price would be the standard transfer price plus 10 € for the extra pair.

  • If we go to another hotel before arriving at Venus, can we still use the transfer?

    Yes, of course. We can arrange the transfer for you. If your other accommodation does not offer a transfer option, simply write to us and we will organize it for you.

  • If we arrive at the port by boat, can we still use the transfer?

    Yes, no problem. We can also arrange a transfer from the port. The price may vary depending on which port you arrive at, so please contact us to confirm the cost.

  • Is it necessary to inform you if we are traveling with a lot of luggage?

    It is recommended. Normally the transfer vehicles are minivans, but sometimes the standard transfer may be a regular car. If you are traveling with many suitcases, golf clubs, or bicycles, it is better to inform us in advance so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle.

  • Where will the driver meet us at the airport?

    The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name

  • How long does the transfer take from the airport to the resort?

    The journey usually takes around 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic.

  • What happens if our flight is delayed?

    No problem. The drivers track the flight arrival time, so they will adjust the pickup if your flight is delayed. However, if possible, it is always helpful if you inform us about the delay, as this helps us coordinate everything faster and ensure the driver is ready for your arrival.

  • How do we pay for the transfer?

    Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey. Card or Cash 

  • Is the transfer private or shared with other guests?

    All our transfers are private transfers, meaning you will travel directly to the resort without additional stops.
